In order to be successful on your weight loss journey YOU must commit to the progress. As your personal trainer I don’t have a magic wand to instantly get you results.
That means YOU have to take action! Thats showing up for training sessions eating and drinking according to your goals and oh by the way… set some goals and be realistic and specific.
Before you hire ANY trainer begin with the end in mind. Know what you want to get out of the program and make sure you achieve what you set out to do.
Think about it like this, it’s like a refrigerator you only get out of it what you put into it.
