A combination of proper nutrition and exercise is essential to achieving all of your health and fitness goals. Learn what to eat, what food combinations work best for fat loss and muscle building and learn healthy alternatives to your favorite foods to give you the most variety with your meal plans. Whole foods and principles of performance nutrition are the foundation of my health coaching for clients of all ages and fitness levels. With this comprehensive online training program, you will also receive workout guidelines to help maximize your results. I design all plans to fit your busy schedule, workout preferences and nutritional requirements to help you live healthier and set sustainable and realistic goals.
Online training is ideal if you live outside Los Angeles, CA but still want to work with me remotely. It’s also great if you live locally and want guidance and accountability with your meal plans and workouts.

The price is $100.00 for 4 weeks of custom nutrition plans and workouts.
FAQs
Q – Do I have to join a gym?
A – No, I will write custom workout programs for you to follow at home if you don’t have a gym membership. I’ll also advise you on which equipment to purchase if you’re interested in expanding your home gym. For starters, I recommend a set of dumbbells, resistance bands and a stability ball.
Q – I’m not a good cook, are the recipes fancy?
A – No, the meals on the meal plans are not ‘recipes’ – nothing fancy. I use whole foods from the basic food groups for each meal plan. Basic food handling knowledge, storage containers, and basic household appliances are all you’ll need to cook and pack the meals.
Q – How do you send the plans?
A – All programs are sent as .pdf via email. Please allow 3 business days (not including weekends) to receive your complete first round of meal plans and workout guidelines.
Q – How often will we check-in?
A – We will schedule weekly 30-minute check-ins via phone or Skype. Between check-ins, you can contact me via email. I respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt.
